I ordered 4 doors from AAW Doors, Inc., AKA Urban Doors. The main front door, the Cordova, took 14 weeks and then cracked and split after only 5 days. It was obviously not Kiln dried like they claim of all their doors. They have refused to replace the one bad door. So we are now in litigation and I have found several other people who have had problems with them standing by their products. Had I known of their poor reputation before, I would never have purchased their pricey doors.

these guys are the most unprofessional vendor you could ever find. Overcharged me by well over 100. then made it my fault. Hung up and refused to give me the refund. have dispute the charge with credit card company. would suggest their are better options unless you enjoy be ripped off. Would rate them a zero. They won't be in business long so probabley nothing to worry about. Just don't waste your time.
