0The service was great from the Start. The rates were very competitive and best price in town. The delivery of the bins was on point along with the pick up.
Aweful company.
We have been waiting for two weeks formatted to pick up the rockbin they deposited in front of our house.
Dishonest sumbiches! Everything was ok we=hen we ordered service. We asked that it be delivered after 1 PM on Saturday, and were told we would get it for one week, plus 30 dollars a day for each additional day. Perfect so far.
But, on the Saturday, they called in AM and said it had to be delivered NOW, not after 1 PM. If not now, then it will have to wait till Monday. Seeing as how other trucks were where the bin needed to be (and who had come at the requested time), we have to wait till Monday. A week later, we were not done with it, but they came to pick it up anyway. We called and were told that if we still wanted it, it would be for a week, not additional days. They denied telling us we could have the additional days. The man who had told us was conveniently not there.
I appreciate how clean their dumpsters are, not like some other smelly boxes that just sit on someone's front yard. I was so afraid to even throw away anything in it. When I contacted star dumpster, the service was pretty much fast-paced. They like to stay on their toes and make sure the process of delivery and pick up goes as smoothly as possible. I'm happy, and will call again for my next clean out.
Drivers and Associates are THE stars! on-time delivery and pick-up, and the cleanest prettiest blue dumpster i had ever seen =]
I was shopping around comparing prices and STAR was the cheapest I found. I tried another company before but they screwed me over badly. I called to get my trash removed but they came 2 days later That was time and money wasted and I was given a different ETA, so I was done with them. Thank you very much star, for coming to save the day, and especially a big thanks for taking good care of me and my requests.

They are indeed the stars! :) I was so happy to have found this company. Very cheap, doesn't hurt the budget and the customer service is simply splendid.
I rented a 3y to throw away mainly household junk and small items. It conveniently had a bar and lock at the top so i could keep it secure overnight from any unwanted dumping.
Saw all these good reviews and thought I would try for myself. I rented a low-boy for concrete after tearing down our driveway. Specifically requested the bin be picked up the same day as they would be pouring fresh asphalt the next morning. No problem, they said. Done! Prices are competitive (actually better than most i've called) and phone people are polite. pretty cool if you ask me.
We had a swimming pool built in, but we needed a container for all the concrete and dirt we were excavating from the back yard. I found this company to not only be affordable, but excellent in service. I was afraid that we weren't going to get the job done in time before they came to pour in the cement, but my bin was delivered on time and just as quickly as they delivered it, they came and picked it up! It's extremely simple and I'm beyond satisfied
I had a wall demolished to make more space for my room extension and needed a bin to put all that concrete in. Some of the companies I called were giving me huge bins but I was obviously going to go overweight with them. Then I called Star Dumpsters and they were very honest with me and even suggested I get their special 10yd bins so I wouldn't have to worry about weight. I'm glad I found an honest company like Star Dumpsters, I will tell everyone about them for sure!
Dumpster prices were very competitive, but I was able to get the best deal with them. Didn’t have to deal with egos. Thank goodness. Great service and great people.
My landscaper needed a bin for a lot of dirt he's getting rid off and so I asked my neighbor who recently had concrete hauled off his driveway. He told me to call Star Dumpsters. I'm glad he told me what he told me cause these guys were just wonderful. They were prompt, neat, polite and above all cheap! Give them a try!

I was cleaning out my garage when I hired these guys. The lady on the phone was very helpful and polite, she even helped me pick out the right kind of bin for me. The driver that came exactly on time was also very nice and above all else, they were very affordable. I invite anyone to hire them, you won't be disappointed.
