I use the grooming service. Anthony is superb. He does a great job on my Miniature Schnauzer and Baker doesn't mind being left with him. I really appreciate the personal service that he provides.

This store has incompetent employees. They have no knowledge on animals or products.

over the weekend i made a reservation from over 2 weeks ago for Pet hotel, i always go to the canoga park location but they were full for the long weekend! so i called this location after being on the phone with them for 30 min. adding this & that extras, so i was set for my reservation, the day of my trip i go to drop off my dog they say we don't see any reservations of course after making me wait & wait then the manager of the pet hotel comes "Jennifer Pritchett" she was so rude, unprofessional & unhelpful & by seeing that it was my clue that i don't want my dog to be there with that person alone, even if they had a space, i had nowhere to take my dog but was not gone leave my dog there!! then i waited for the store manager "Wendy Woototton" just to get her cad so i can make sure i pass the word to other people & the corporate manager to make sure something can be done, so next time they don't do this again!
