My daughter and I had lunch at this Bob's and we thoroughly enjoyed our Big Boy hamburger and our servicem was very good. I am a Bob's veteran since the fifties when we had cruise night on wednesday. We did take issue with the manager {Geanette) because we sent the O rings back as we thought they were not good. We didn,t eat them and asked our server to remove them from our bill. The manager came over and was reprimanding us for not flagging our server down so she could get us new ones. That is just not how to treat customers. Bob's is great but their manager is rude.
