I would not consign here. I did twice and felt like something was suspicious about this place. When I would go to pick up my items that did not sell I would be the one to go around the store to find my items. The owner did not have all my items listed on a slip that she wrote. She would make some excuse that she forgets things. My second time consigning there I went home and realized that I didn't receive my boots. I was verbally told they did not sell. I went back to the store and walk around the store looking for my boots. When I found them the sales women grabbed them out of my hand and tore off the price tag quickly. VERY SUSPICIOUS!

Hello consigners, I consigned at least 10 items with The Exchange Chic Boutique last August. All of the items were designer pieces: Escada. When I picked up not sold items I noticed that there was a hole in the back neck area of 3 shirts. This hole was caused by the price tag applicator when the prices were attached by the boutique. Now the 3 items with an original value of about $1200.00 are ruined. I spoke with the owner of the boutique and she almost admitted it, she said the tags are suppose to be placed in the seam. These holes are near the seams but not directly into it. All she said is I am sorry. That's not good enough. NEVER CONSIGN ANYTHING OF HIGH VALUE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

The Exchange is the place to go for high end gently used things. I love it there! I have found things for everyone in my family and have even noticed they carry Coach handbags too!!! The prices are very affordable and I frequent once a week so I dont miss anything! Stop in and see what is there. If you are on a fixed budget this is the place to be shopping for name brands.

Decided to stop in to The Exchange after hearing so many amazing things about it. WOW! The place is beautiful and the clothing is high end and everything looks brand new. I just found my place to shop often. You can shop for everyone, womens, mens, childrens ,teens, gift items, party dresses, holiday dresses & gowns. It's all there....LOVED IT. You have to check it out.....you'll be sorry if you don't!

THIS place is AMAZING!! You actually feel like your in this beautiful boutique in NYC.The prices for the quality and name brands are so reasonable.The jewelry is beautiful and priced really well.I've been there 3 times since they opened 2 weeks ago!!!I LOVE THIS PLACE......check it out. There's something for everyone.
