I took my ML320 in for suspension repairs and wheel bearings. My vehicle had been at Baker Motor for over a week and no work had been done - they were able to work me into their schedule quickly and their prices were much more reasonable than the dealer. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was impressed with the communication from the ladies who work at the front counter. I will certainly use them again.

Very bad place to take your car!!!! Just go to Baker!! They had my car for two week and fix it and gave me a $2000 bill and never told me how much the bill was before they did the work! Connie and Haas are the biggest Crooks in Chas!!! Don't go there or you will be very very very very sorry!!!! Zero STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

I totally agree with Michael D. I took my 1985 Mercedes 300CD to these mechanics and clearly told them it was the injection pump that needed to be replaced, but they still insisted on a compression test. Needless to say that was another $250 to find out that it was the injection pump. I gave them a brand new injection pump. When they called to say the car was ready after 1 week, I went to pick it up, and had to go back because the car would only go 15 mph. They kept my car another week because they said they had other customers ahead of me. The customer service agent is rude. Later my husband discovered that they had not connected the wires to the turbo. The car still did not have enough power after months went by to find out that the alda on the injection pump was loose and the screw was glued into the alda. I believe that they damaged my new injection pump because no alda will tighten on the pump now.

DO NOT BRING A JAGUAR TO GERMAN AUTO REPAIR!

They had my car there 4 months and could not get it started and charged me $704.00. I went to court and was ordered to pay the bill only becasue they tried. Do not go there the Owner Peter is not competent. Go to Portside Motors in Mount PLeasant. They specialize in Jags.

Our 2 Mercedes have been serviced with German Auto since 1998. My wife and I could not have asked for or expected better or more courteous service at very reasonable cost. We highly recommend the great team at German Auto! Jack and Janice Richardson
