Established in 1920, Van Wilgen s Garden Center is a wholesaler of nursery products. Located in North Branford, Conn., the center offers gardening products under different categories, such as annuals, Christmas, houseplants, perennials, roses, shrubs, trees, fruit bearing, vegetables, herbs and tropical plants. It has over two acres of greenhouse space and 14 acres of Christmas tree fields. The firm supplies containers/pots, grass seeds/sod decorative stones, mulch, etc. Van Wilgen s Garden Center is a member of the Connecticut Nursery & Landscape Association, Connecticut Greenhouse Growers Association and American Nursery & Landscape Association (AN&LP).
