I hired Pozo moving to move a small restaurant of mine from Miami to New Jersey just a week ago and the workers were extremely cautions with packaging and delivering. I'm shocked at what others have said but overall they did a well, and affordable job.

Horrible company, service and attention

I made three appointments to give me an estimate with the lady who is supposedly the owner of the company, on the three occasions this lady did not come, did not call, no apology, do not recommend it to anyone because they are not professional .

Several people had told me this years ago but the had hired and had given me good service, but now this service leaves much to be desired

Hired POZO movers to complete a move from NY to SC. They promised moved would be completed in one week . They called the same day of the move to reschedule and as a consequence I had to reschedule the elevator and change all the arrangements. Finally after they moved us the furniture came 1 week late and then threaten to take our furniture away and bill us for the moving expenses and storage if we did not pay the remaining 800.00 cash event hough they broke the contract which stated they had 7-15 days. Company employees stated that even though they consistently worked Sat and Sundays and were paid the companies policy was that they were not open on Sat /Sun and therefore those were not working day. They refused to give us any numbers to speak to the owner and kept hanging up the phone or making up stories when we called.No one would accept responsability of the situation of offer a solution. One reason they gave for not receiving our furniture on time was that the truck driver was meeting with his lawyer to complete the sale of his house. Never again will I hire these people to perform a move. They are liars and just want your money. BEWARE OF FELIX and CARIDAD they are cunningly deceitful and bad people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.
