Just got off the phone with Marsha. She was wonderful! Very polite and helpful! She described what she was going to send for me and I wish I could be there to see it. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Sent a color that looks like a completely different color. Also flowers looked have dead on arrival. They also put the billing address on the cards when it's suppose to be anonymous . I'll never recommend this place nor use them again

Ordered 2 arrangements for my sister who is stationed in Norman Oklahoma. I was nervous trying to order from Canada, but it was easy and the service was exceptional. When the flowers arrived, my sister said they were so beautiful an looked like they had just been picked. They were very fragrant and arranged beautifully. I was extremely impressed with the care and thought put into these arrangements. I would highly recommend Betty Lou's and will definitely use them again!!

Extraordinary service, stellar floral design! Several years ago before I moved from Norman to TX, I strolled into Betty Lou's and was astounded at the friendliness, professionalism, and most of all, the helpfulness of the staff. To the degree, I was invited back to the work area to view the designers at work and personally select the fresh flowers for my bouquet. Last month, my beloved aunt had her 94th birthday and Betty Lou's delivered the spectacular "Remembering Us" arrangement of roses and starburst lilies. My dear aunt kept repeating, "Oh, darling, it's so beautiful. I have it sitting in front of me and I'm just "drinking" it in!" I think she liked it. Tomorrow's my mom's birthday and with Donna's help (we always brainstorm for at least 20 minutes), we decided on a dozen yellow roses...Mom's favorite...with an original touch of hydrangae. Let your imagination run wild because I can personally assure you whatever you envision, Betty Lou's creative personel will not disappoint!

I attended OU and received flowers with my bid card freshman year and I have used Betty Lou’s ever since. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would not bother going anywhere else. During my time at OU I received numerous gifts from BL and loved each one. Since then I have sent flowers and they were delivered on time as over my level of expectations. Betty Lou’s is the best!

Sent my son to get his date for prom flowers for her wrist. He is very shy, and we are not rich! However the lady who helped him made it easy for him and kept him in his budget. He was so proud of the flowers and himself that he took care of it. A parent appreciates honest, trustable help for their kid.
