Let me start off by saying that I am a very easy customer to please. But today was the last straw, for one that place is infested with roaches. Like to the point were I was afraid to sit down. Second issue they are very rude, and have disgusting attitudes. The two ladies were arguing about if my hair was considered natural or not because I've had a texturizer before and ended up charging me 45$ even though they did a roll set on my hair. While the woman was doing my hair she kept making comments like "oh Mami very nappy" and comments like "Mami you need a perm". After I was completely done getting my hair done, the woman made a comment saying that my hair was very dry. But that's only because she shampooed my hair 3 times, left the conditioner in for 2 seconds, and blow dried my hair without any heat protectant. My hair felt bone dry leaving that salon. I basically paid 45$ for these women to talk crap about my hair, and for them to fry my hair. I will never bless them with my service ever again.

Horrible service. They were talking about several people in Spanish and I speak some Spanish and couldn't believe my ears. One customer was unhappy and they argued with her instead of providing good customer service. Long waits, ignorance, and poor styling. I would rather spend the money at a salon that does more than roller sets, blow outs and washes anyway. But u get what u pay for-cheap price, bad service.

All the stylist were talking about me the entire time right in front of my face! They didn't know I speak Spanish! I will never go to this shop again!! SLOW! IT took me 3 1/2 hours to get in and out. Also, my hair looked really dry after it was done. I had to come home and treat it myself. FYI chicas! They talk bad about all of their customers in Spanish and you all will never know it! MY ADVICE ,GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH OR ANOTHER SALON ALL TOGETHER! I HAD TO MOVE AROUND TOO MANY TIMES!

I went to elegante to get my hair treated, and washed. I walked in and they had NO RECEPTIONIST. One of the ladies had to leave a customer to ask me what I was here for.. another lady came and got me to a chair so my hair could get washed, they didn't give me a gown so the hole time shes washing my hair my shirt was getting wet. I was rotated around for about 5 times. I felt like I was playing musical chairs. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and my hair looked better when I came in. once everything was done I told the manager that I didn't like my hair she said she couldn't do nothing about it. my hair was so dry that my scalp was itchy. There were NO CERTIFICATE OR LISCENCE ON WALLS, and they have BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They speak little English so you can't really tell them what you want done. I feel like they could of done more when I told them I didn't like the ending product, but the "manager" acted like she can't do anything. for a place that is called "Elegante" its not elegant.
