Established in 1925 as an ice packaging plant, Holmes Foods Inc. is a family-owned, fully integrated poultry processing company offering a variety of poultry products. The different products offered by Holmes Food include whole chicken, frozen boneless breast chunks, split breast, whole breast, split chicken, leg drumstick, leg quarters, wings, chicken liver and chicken gizzards. Holmes Food processing complex includes a processing facility, hatchery, feed mill, twelve pullet houses, twelve breeder farms with forty houses, thirty-five broiler farms with 179 houses and cattle farm. Holmes foods has received a World Class ranking during annual Food Safe Audit performed by Bob Thrash of Process Management.
