Arrived quickly and very polite. They even followed me to make sure I arrived safely to get my temporary tire replaced.

Horrible experience. We have an expensive car that needed to go to the Pensacola dealership for repairs after breaking down. Dispatch told us 30-90 minutes. Told us they were "on the road" and "almost there" over and over until they showed up over 4 hours later. Gave some ridiculous excuse about regional flooding, it had not rained for days. When they arrived they gave us a contract to tow to the wrong city (Ft. Walton) despite the original agreement clearly being Pensacola. The owner (Alan) said he couldn't tow to Pensacola, which confused us why he would accept the job in the first place. When we offered to switch carriers, all of the sudden they would be able to acknowledge the original agreement. By this time the dealership closed and the driver would pick it up the next day.

Next day, the driver showed up at the correct time. All seemed well, he loaded the car without issue and explicitly stated the car was going strait to Pensacola. Three hours late, the dealership calls us and says the car never showed up.

I immediately called the driver, he told us the owner (Alan) told him to bring the car back to his yard. This was not only never discussed or disclosed, it was completely unacceptable to us. I called Alan directly for answers, he attempted to talk his way out of it with false information and claim it was the original agreement. We are not ignorant. When I explained that I was completely aware that what he was telling me was verified false, he tried yelling at me. I asked him why the car never made it to the dealership, said it was due to traffic. A round trip to Pensacola is about 1.5 hours max. The car left our custody before 8:30 am. It arrived in Pensacola after 3:30pm. In the mean time, he quit answering phone calls. After a few hours were were pretty concerned and really had no idea where our car actually was at this point, we made a drive over to the location where our car was dropped off in Niceville at some point. It was an overgrown lot full of wrecked cars in the middle of a trailer park. Literally down the street, police were responding to a 911 call with lights an sirens. This is where they took our $130k car. The dealership mentioned the bumper being cracked on delivery. We have to follow up on that still.

I asked for a flatbed for my 68 Chrysler Newport the guy Allen kept arguing with me saying it will be fine WITH A REGULAR TOW TRUC, now my car is missing a huge part that was on the back end. thanks for that. In the 10 years i have owned this car i have never lost this part until you towed it. Will consider suing you. BOO BOO
