RUDE is simply the best I can say. They overbilled me and it took several phone calls and a threat of me taking further action for them to admit they were wrong and to refund my money. It was only $5 but it was the principal of cheating me. Additionally when I didn't purchase eyeglasses from Dr. Hemming because I could get them cheaper at other places, he was obnoxious and insulting to me.

I didn't even get to go to the office. They are VERY miss informed about Medicaids medically needy share of cost program. And the receptionist was very rude and very interuppting. They could have called me earlier than 1 hr before the close of ALL optomitrists to let me know they wasn't accepting my Medicaid, So I could have found another DR to get an appointment for the same day i had with them. But that's alright, I have found an Optometrist that is correctly informed of how medicaid's medically needy share of cost program works.
