I am completely sorry you walked in and was not greeted and i would like to try and change your opinion of the shop, i am the owner. The waiting area has one covered love seat and two benches which seats six people and a water fountain, there are styling books and coloring books for kids, so im not sure where the clutter was found but again i apologize, i am on facebook so anyone can see it if you like. i have seven stylist and maybe three were there that day, not sure but again i apologize for the concerns you have. Please feel free to call me and i would be happy to compensate for the inconvenience if given the chance.

I am sorry you feel the shop lacks in physical appearance, anyone who wants to see it can google the salon, there are pictures up, the waiting area seats six people, one love seat thats covered and two benches, i apologize if you had to wait, things do happen unfortunately, you did not mention how long, the shop is very kid friendly, there are signs posted against cursing and derrogatory language so im not sure what was said but i completely apologize and there is no radio in the shop to play vulgar music, im not sure where that came from so i apologize, we watch talk shows everyday, we have a site on facebook for everyone to see the look of the shop and i am dedicated to right any wrong that was done, so feel free to call and express your concerns to me and i will be sure and compensate for your dissatisfaction. You did not mention whether you hairstyle was satisfactory if anything at all. Again i am extremely sorry for your concerns.
