I'm glad that the other reviewers had good results with this company, because my experience was the worse. Be advised that anything above 'horse and buggy" if I were you I would not take my car there. I gave one star because they appear to be friendly. They gave me a very wrong diagnosis of my car and all it was only the battery. Nothing else, and it cost me a fortune to them.

The tow truck driver is actually contracted out by Lee Hall. The driver probably drives around looking for cars to tow just to get more money. I don't believe it would have anything to do with Lee Hall because they are actually a great place to take your vehicle to be repaired. I am a female and I know how auto repair places try to swindle ladies into costly unneeded repairs. I actually know a good bit about cars, so I know if someone is trying to scam me. This place is very professional and does not overcharge.
