DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service EVER! Staff was late to appt. I left unhappy!!!!!!!!! Receptionist was very rude and contrite!!!!!!!!!!!11

I was disappointed with my spa experience at Spa Davinci. It's not as advertised on the internet. I requested deep tissue and I didn't get that. I requested a 1 1/2 hour massage and got an hour. The massage therapist's phone rang during the massage and she stopped to check the cell phone. I was given no water, no locker, no robe, no slippers. The receptionist's were unpleasant and unwelcoming. I was not even given a tour of the facilities. I do recommend Spa Gregories in Fashion Island. That is where they will treat you and pamper you with first class service and elegance. Spa Davinci has no waiting room or place to relax. Bad! BAd! BAd!
