If you are in need of a home inspector in the Wilmington, DE area, please give my friends a shout at A-Pro Home inspection. When my builder told me YESTERDAY they were doing drywall TODAY, they were able to send their best man over to meet with me and do the pre-drywall inspection. I had spoken with A-Pro earlier in the year and knew that there would be a short window of notification, but they were totally on top of it and gave us some good feedback moving forward with our new construction!
