Lin Laundry lost our bag of clean clothes by delivering them to the wrong apartment, refused to help us figure out where they had incorrectly delivered ALL our clothes to, still unknowingly charged my credit card while we were still panicking about all our missing clothes, and later refused to reimburse us because they 'do not have a refund policy'. When I asked Lin to produce the signed receipt which authorized her to charge my card (there is none since the clothes were never brought back to us), she dodged the question by exclaiming 'It's only $28!' And then hung up. Do NOT trust Lin Laundry with your clothes unless you want them lost. And you still want to be charged.
