My work with clients combines insight-oriented therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, neuroscience, practices of mindfulness and meditation,and integration of the body/mind/spirit for a holistic approach to healing and well-being. I have over 10+ years of experience providing clinical counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups. My specialties include grief, loss, bereavement, aging, illness, care giver burnout, anxiety, depression, and issues particular to Jewish, Buddhist, and LGBTQ communities.

I have convenient office locations in midtown Manhattan at 19 West 34th Street and in Brooklyn at 26 Court Street. I also offer appointments via Skype and Facetime for clients who's busy schedules or other obligations make it difficult to meet in person.
