Dr. Chudy connected me with a great physical therapist and gave me other options for care. I like that she presented many different solutions, but ultimately let me choose what I'd be comfortable with.

Dr. Chudy was different than other providers I've seen. She believes my pain is real and not caused by psychologic reasons. In addition, she has an understanding of this narrow specialty. She responds to phone calls promptly and is empathetic. She provided clear direction on how to handle a flare. She has a clear plan for recovery and how to handle bad days. Dr Chudy knew more than most doctors I've seen for my very multi-faceted chronic medical conditions. She and I devised treatment plan, which we had to reinvent based on many issues and, in the end, I am 80% relieved of my symptoms, which have been going on for years. Dr. Chudy has been exactly the doctor that I've been looking for for decades. I've had issues with my pelvic floor since my teenage years and no one could diagnose me properly.
