      We contracted this company to pick up from 2 hotels for our wedding. They stopped at both but only picked up from the first despite a large group of people waiting outside, immediate family and close friends included. The driver then yelled at a passenger on the bus when she brought up the fact that there were people waiting at the second hotel. Upon hearing of this, the company's management said that they trust their driver and the woman saying she was yelled at wasn't telling the truth. Even if she is lying (she's a very close friend - I'm very sure that she wasn't), the indisputable fact of the matter is that they didn't pick up a single person at the second hotel. I would strongly recommend against using this company.
