I have gone through at lease 4 pickup dates. The can is empty per their instructions. I'm afraid to sit it out with anything in it. The way the garbage men handle the cans, which is why I am requesting a new can anyway, the old one will more than likely fall apart in the street. Same story as other callers. Email to supervisor and now i was told to the manager. Today will tell the story. The web-site shows a page of garbage cans. I asked can i bring the old can to the yard myself and swap out. No it was not allowed was the answer. Very BAD business.

I have a trash can that is broken(only one wheel and has hole ). I have called several times. Was told to put trash can out on regular trash day(wed or sat). I have done this for 2 weeks. Now I'm beginning my third week(Jul 15) . Still NO NEW TRASH CAN. Supervisor was to contact me but that did not happen!!!

Someone took my trash can about a month ago. I called metro and they told us to get a police report. We gave the item number to the lady who answered the phone and was told we would receive it soon. Every time we call we get a different answer, still no trash can. Now I know why someone stole my can, they were tired of waiting for one and decided to take matters into their own hands..I guess. The sad part is this is not the first time this has happened to me. A few years back I had the same problem with Metro not delivering a trash can. One thing I can say is at least they are consistent....#Horrible

Absolutely terrible! I have called Metro Disposal in New Orleans for 3 consecutive weeks requesting garbage cans because I moved to a new home. I have been told for 3 weeks now that I am on a delivery schedule and the can will be delivered as soon as possible. Give me a break! My first call was September 6. Today is September 28. There is really no one for me to contact online with a complaint because I am certainly not receiving cans nor any explanation as to why I haven't received them.
