I used these guys back in 2004- 2009 they were ok at that time. During that time there were several guys at the front desk the last (2) times just "Kenny". First screw up was an oil change they failed to place a o ring on my filter. Forturnatly I caught the problem when I stopped down the road only to find the a huge leak of oil under my car. I brought back Ken claimed problem was with that particular car model (bmw 320si). The mexican guy who fixed it told me the truth. With some reluctance I went back, the place is conveinent and they should do tires right? I went back for tires my fronts were almost new the backs were worn. Although it was obvious Kenny insisted on changing the almost new tires as well as the old ones tried to ignore my protests until I threaten to call the police. Had the work done at a family owned place in south dutchess no problem.
