Store support for customer services is horrible. They screwed up our delivery date, had problems with repair service, and they could find our 5 year warranty papers. Also, took the repair man five trips to repair my oven. Lost confidence in mom and pop stores, won't buy again.

Great place to purchase TV, DVD players, whatever you need for your home entertainment systems. Knowledgable, helpful and pleasant sales personnel. Prices are pretty good too! Upfront and honest about the quality of the products. We really felt like we were getting our money's worth the first time around about 6 years ago. Returned last year to purchase a gift for our son's family. Planning to go back again in a few weeks.
Bought a Mitsubishi 52" tv May 05, within 2 months the bulb went, a short time later the bulb went again. Have replaced the bulb 1 more time and now the bulb is bad again. Last month the "engine" went on the tv, repairman came out, a week later the parts were in to "fix" the tv. Very disappointed with this brand. I feel like w we have a lemon.
