Had this company over twice to repair appliances. First time fine. Second time was to repair an appliance that they ordered a part for on first trip. After finishing up second repair, said they forgot to charge a service fee for first visit, while receipt showed fee charged. Would not give a new receipt. In between calling company back to get them back out for second visit the phone answerer said we were not a customer of theirs and had no record of ordering the part. It took almost a month to get this done. Second visit technician got unpleasant when asked to explain charges. Would not provide updated receipt. My advice, move on to another company that doesn't have so many disagreeable people and are timely on repairs.y recommended because
