I was on vacation with my family (from New Jersey) in my new Ford Fusion in August and the air conditioning stopped working. It was Sunday and I stopped into this Dealer to see if they could help me out. The Service manager was friendly and explained that this was Tax Free Weekend and while they were quite busy if I could wait, he would get my car into the shop. Within 35 minutes the Service Manager came back out to me handed me my key and a receipt. He advised me they had found a small leak in the air conditioner and they were able to repair it and get it recharged. Needless to say this made my trip home a lot more comfortable!
