I received this message on the DAY OF my 3 year olds birthday TWO hours before the party started!!

This is Nicole with thunderbounce I tried calling you but got no answer we are not going to be able to set up for your party today due to the wind the ground is very wet to were the stakes want hold in the high winds we do apologize for the inconvenience but the safety of our customers come first please give me a call if you have any questions thanks.

So I took matters into my own hands and purchased a small bounce for the kids at Sams Club and it worked out great! I was really upset with thunder bounce for contacting my by text vs NO CALL and NO SHOW at the time you should be arriving to set up. The text said they tried to call but no record of a missed call just the text at 11:16am... when the party scheduled to start at 2!! Not cool and would have been pretty sad for the kiddos :-(. The wind and damp ground ended up not being a issue at all!

I just had my son’s fifth birthday party and had scheduled a different company for our castle moon bouncer. That company did not show up as scheduled and caused myself a ton of stress and grief! The staff at Thunder Bounce literally saved our day! They came out on short notice and were completely professional, as well as friendly. Their equipment was very clean, safe, and they set up everything for you. Thunder Bounce is awesome! We had an event for the children at our chid care center and they were so professional and helpful! We will definitely use them for our next event!!!!!!
