When Premier Patio Covers came to install patio covers on my property, they arrived late & rushed through the job resulting in errors, unfinished & sloppy work, damage to the products installed & messes left on my property & my neighbor’s property. They returned a couple of times to correct the problems but, after inspecting their work, many problems were still observed. Premier was notified of this & they refused to address the problems. I filed a complaint with the NV Contractors Board, which was validated by the inspector who instructed Premier to correct workmanship issues. It took Premier 2 trips to my home to properly correct these issues. The investigator also had to assist me in obtaining the EnergyStar tax credit form from Premier because when I asked Premier for it, they refused to give it to me. Six months later, I had to complain again in order to get them to come back and fix leaks in the patio cover.

The complaint was validated by the inspector who instructed Premier to correct some workmanship issues. It took Premier two trips to my property to properly correct these issues. I also had to ask the investigator to assist me in obtaining the EnergyStar tax credit form from Premier for the insulated ceiling panel installed on my property. I had asked Premier for it and they refused to give it to me, so the investigator got it for me. The Contractors Board couldn’t help regarding the warranty questions, which I never received resolution from either Premier or the product manufacturer, Metals Building Products. I would not recommend this company.

I am very happy with the new RV cover that Cory installed for me. It is 14' high, 45' long and 20' wide. The price was fantastic and the product is great! This was a large cover that other companies here in Las Vegas had a hard time grasping. Cory (Premier Patio Covers) was able to understand what I wanted and provide me a cover that is outstanding. Next time I will not shop around, but call Premier Patio Covers first and save a lot of hassle and wasted time listening to salesmen try and tell me what I need instead of what I want. Cory listened to me and designed a cover to fit my request. Thank You Cory and Premier Patio Covers, OUTSTANDING JOB!
