Only guy in the book, and he rips you blind on the caps. After cleaning the chimney at my mother-in-law's new condo (reasonable price & job), he told us a "cap" was really needed to keep out animals and such. Found really nice ones at Lowe's & HD, strong-gauge stainless steel and other types for $30-75 depending on size/quality. Gid said he'd install his for $175, which I thought was pricey even with labor, but said okay. Then we get the bill and it's $300. He says it was especially "tricky" to install and he had to put on his nicest cap. This is a 1400 sq. ft. one-story condo. I could have done it myself with 10' ladder. Paid him, but he was a real turkey about it. Would never use again, but gee, he's the ONLY guy in the book.... Do it yourself, if you can.
