While the repairman did an outstanding job cleaning the gutters, he denied that his ladder damaged the driver's door of my new car, which was sitting in the driveway. There are two dents in the door--top and bottom, and about the width of the top of a ladder, with a "hill" between them. Additionally, it sprung the hinge of the door and I must now climb in from the passenger side to drive.
The repairman said he asked my daughter to move the cars from the driveway to the street PRIOR to his working; my daughter (31 years old) insists that he was HALFWAY through his work when he asked her to move the cars to the street, which she did.
In any event, my car did not leave my home for several days after the gutters were cleaned--I came out to drive it and found the damage. Repairs will cost me $500 deductible. While accidents will happen, the fact this company refuses to own up to the damage is extremely troubling.
Absolutely the best. Highly recommended. Very helpful after the snowstorm.
