When i originally called i was given a time frame of 25 minutes and a flat rate price.About 15 minutes later Cut Rate Towing called and said he would be a few minutes later.I found this to be very considerate as other companies i used either came late without calling or didn't show at all and then you can't reach them to find out what happened .When the truck showed up he was very courteous and the price was as quoted.If you want a towing company that communicates then call them.
