The girl on the phone and the guy who came out were both obnoxious. They both spoke to me like I'm a toddler. Carpets look ok but I won't talk to those people again.

They may be good, but do not stand behind their word. My estimate for a 2000 square foot area and 14 stairs on Tuesday was $400. When I called to upadate after finding the correct area of 300 feet less and still the stairs the quote was $441. and in their system it says that the quote was for $450-$500 I will take my business elsewhere. I would get it in writing from these people!!

Wow, what a great job! Other folks, could learn, customer service tips from these guys. My carpet and upholstery never looked better! Red wine was cleaned off my wing chair! I thought I would have to replace it, but it all came out!
