I have pets and haveused there pet urine removal product when one of my pets has an accident, it works!!

I had an appointment for carpet cleaning today. I was given a 2 hour window from 1 - 3. When they hadn't show by 3:10 and I hadn't heard from them I called. I was told the technician would call me right back. I heard back from them at 5:10 and was told they were behind schedule with no apology. I told them to forget it. I have since scheduled with another company.

When I called ,someone a live person got a hold of Chem-dry of seattle.Came out and finished the job. Thanks
