Our central air stopped cooling on July 2, during a long wave of ninety degree temperatures. We were so fortunate to find Brooks' Comfort Zone. Well, it had a good run... but our 35 year old furnace was toast! We got a few estimates to replace it (Brooks' was free of charge, unlike some others') and went with the obvious choice; Brooks' Comfort Zone. Not only was their estimate easier on the wallet, they offered us an option the others had not, a ductless heat pump system. Installation was quick, clean and easy, at least Brooks and Vanessa made it look that way. They were knowledgeable and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
My furnace was over 20 years old. Brooks and Vanessa came over and gave me a quote on a new one the very day I called and were here the next day to install it. Great service, very dependable. I will never call anyone else for my furnace needs! I recomment them to everyone!
My furnace went out at 10 PM on an icy cold Tuesday night so I called Brooks. Within 1 hour my furnace was being worked on and 30 minutes later was my house warming up...no waiting until the next day, no after hour charges, nothing but the best service ever, by the most professional (and personable) technicians who's only goal was take care of a customer in need. We have had a lot of trouble with other company over the years. Growing tired of being over charges and still not feeling warm we called Brooks. Brooks and his wife arrived on time and found the air flow was not set properly and the refrigerant was low on our heat pump. After an hour and a half Brooks fixed our problem and went over our system with a fine tooth comb. Our home is finally warm! We will recommend Brooks' Comfort Zone to all my friends and family.
