      We contracted Max to deliver 10 people and luggage from Manchester to the Boston airport for $250 + tip. Three times I stressed 10 people and luggage. Three times he said no problem. He came with one limo. When everyone and luggage was loaded (some had suitcases on their laps) the limo wouldn't start due to being overweight. When we unloaded, it still would not start. We had to push it into a parking space. He was able to get one full size sedan in 30 minutes and that was all! WE were left to find alternative transportation at 4 AM for our 6 AM flight. We did so, barely, and at additional cost. When I asked him about the original price of $250 he threatened to tell the driver of his sedan to drive away. We ended up paying over $400 for transportation and were the last people to get on the plane.
