i.e., A local favoriteThis is probably the worst laundry mat ever. I ve gone there for three years not because I like it, but for location. A couple of the employees are very rude, making excuses for why they cant use the designated machines for their work. The place has roaches, the floors are dirty and the machines usually have something nasty in them from the previous customer. Today I asked for a machine to be cleaned because it was filled with cat hair and the lady working acted like it was a huge problem for her to do her job. It took me about 30 mins to just load my clothes into the machine because of her poor sense of urgency when it came to removing the clothes for A BIG CUSTOMER out of a machine designated for IN HOUSE CUSTOMER USE. I couldn t believe the audacity of her to tell me that what she was doing was for a more important customer. I do laundry there 3 times a week, spending 20-30 dollars almost every time. That adds up to $1040 of my own money that I pay them every y
