AMAZING!!! Tracy is the BESt!!!

I recently locked my keys in my car during a very hot day at Walmart. I was shopping with my 10 year old son. It was a day of continual unfortunate events. Not only were my keys in my car but so was my cell phone. My little boy was in a panic..I called B&B Locksmith in a panic..I spoke to Tracy who was very kind and assuring..I went into the store to use the ATM machine to get the money I would need to pay for the Locksmith...Of course, the machine was out of order...When Tracy arrived I was really in a panic...He was so kind to my son and I, quickly unlocked my car and then assured my son that we were safe now...I can't thank B&B enough or Tracy for his kindness!
