Provided by DexKnowsI looked up a service company online to look at my refrigerator and wanted to see what the reviews had said about the different repair stores. I went with this one a little on the fence since the reviews were just about half and half. I was a little cautious but figured they can't make everyone happy, no matter how hard you try. I am very delighted that I chose them. They gave me the rates which were reasonable from what other stores had quoted and they could come out sooner than the other stores had told me. I was a little disappointed in that they couldn't give me an exact time the day I scheduled it but they advised the tech would give a two hour window that morning and could call me ahead of time if I needed. The lady in the office was very nice and the tech who came out was efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this repair service to anyone.

Provided by DexKnowsAsked tech to come out and repair the dishwasher. I advised him the latch was broken. He came out and was at my home a total of 10 minutes , he than billed me $95 and said that the latch was broken (Really?) He then told me that he would call later to tell me how much the part was that needed to be fixed. I got that call and was told it would be $60 for the part and another $80 to fix it! I called the office and asked if part of my 1/2 hour would be credited. Got a resounding no. What a horrible way to do business!!

Provided by DexKnowsYou are better off going somewhere else if you want quality service AND a fair rate. Appliance Service Center quotes a diagnostic call at $70 for the first 30 min and an additional $20 for every 15 min after that. Be aware that even though they may diagnose the problem in under a half-hour, it will take them an additional 20 min to look up your part and you will be charged for that time. I believe if you are going to quote a rate starting at a half-hour, then a typical diagnostic job should be done within that half-hour unless there are extenuating circumstances. In my case, even though the repairman diagnosed the problem with my fridge in 20 minutes, it was still another 20 minutes before he came in with the paperwork. I was charged $90 plus tax for 40 minutes of labor. You can't tell me that he couldn't have shaved off 10 minutes to save me the extra $20. In comparison, I had Metro Appliance fix a different fridge last year. They were done in under 30 minutes and charged $50.
