      American Granite has done 2 kitchens and 2 bathroom vanities for us. On all of them we were totally satisfied from start to finish. On one occasion there was an installation issue and the crew did everything to make it right. Bob &Deb W. In Brick

      I was very surprised to see these poor ratings. I am sorry for their poor experiences. However, my experience with American Granite was wonderful right from the get go. Mary (manager) was extremely helpful, curteous and knowledgeable. Carlos (owner) was also wonderful. He personally made the template to precision. The three installers were polite, curteous, competent and prompt. My kitchen countertops and bathroom vanity look just beautiful. I would highly recommend American Granite and would definitely use them again. Their pricing was more than fair. There were no surprises and job was completed to our complete satisfaction.       I initially gave American Granite a poor review. The problem we had with American Granite has been rectified satisfactorily. Carlos - my husband and I thank you for being courteous, sympathetic to our issue, and for your business professionalism in resolving it. Thank you again.

      DO NOT USE this dishonest and deceiving outfit and his owner. The vanity they installed for my bathroom was damaged and I was never even told that. when confronted the owner would not admit any wrong doing. During installation they broke backsplash piece and try to convince me that that is the way it supposed to be. Do yourself a favor and save aggravation and money.
