They had been a reasonable contractor. This time they broke one of the septic system covers through their own carelessness. They have not returned my phone call about replacing the cover they broke. I believe they are hiding behind the notice on their bill which reads: "All Clear & Soil Life are not responsible for damage/breakage to the septic system components that may occur in the proces of performing normal maintenance or repair." So, buyer beware. What ever they break through their negligence you get to pay for. While I've used them for over 20 years, it appears the next time will be with a different contractor. This outcome is very sad for me.

The guy's came out on the day that I called. Removed all the junk, price was kind of steep but I guess that is part of business. I was just glad to get the stuff out of the yard.
