Was assured a STRES FREE move. #1 - They drove 40MPH instead of the 55MPH speed limit, intentionally extending the move time. #2 - They broke my brand new desk and refused to take responsibility for it. After a lot of arguing, they finally took off one hour drive time, which barely covered 1/3 the cost of the desk, which is now trash. After they broke the desk, obviously I was quite angry, and the driver had the gaul to ask me "why was I so mad at them"! Unbelievable! I can't believe the unprofessionalism of this moving company. I would NEVER recommend them, not even to my worst enemy. Oh, and when they send the owner to look at your stuff and give you an estimate, be prepared to listen to exactly what you are moving, because he will not let you get a word in edgewise. They were ONLY hired to move the furnite, however, he wouldn't shut his mouth for two seconds to listen to me. Please, sprare yourselves the headache, and the heartache of broken and ruined furniture and hire another company. Oh, and after they left and I finally got to look over things, I noticed new damage to the bedroom set, which only had a few scratches on it, but now has a large gash in the wood.
