I called this Company when my vehicle stopped across town. Tech came out and checked different parts under the hood. He told me he did not know what was wrong. Finally told me that I needed gas and I told him there was enough gas already in the tank. He went and got more gas and he then determined that was not the problem. When I asked if it could be the fuel pump, he said yes that is what the problem is and that I need to take it to my mechanic. Well that is what I called these folks for. I was still stranded. Along with the service call fee, they also charged me for the gas(that I did not need) and shop supplies. He had used an empty trashed plastic milk jug to put the gas in. He did not use any supplies that cost them money.
