A New Image is a full service salon and I recommend this salon to all my friends. I have been a customer for over 17 years and the people here are wonderful and caring. I always feel that I am visiting old friends and we will have a good laugh while I am there. The stylists are excellent and are willing to try new things with customers. Occasionally, a new customer will come in want to try something new. After 4-6 hours they are still unhappy and become vindictive and unreasonable. The stylists always remain pleasant and business like.

RUDE STYLIST AND POOR SERVICE! I would give this salon a "0", but it wasn't an option.They treated my daughter terribly and forgot about her & left her in the back of the salon in tears with color on her hair that should have been washed out!If your looking for a salon to treat you like a second hand citizen than this is the place for you. If you don't mind the stylist not speaking to you and forgetting you while you have color in your hair, then this is the place for you. If you don't mind the owner NOT apologizing for RUDENESS then this is the place for you.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!
