What a dump!!!! Arrogant Manager when you rub them the wrong way especially when you have issues with the below listed items Very Loud Tenants-- pounding, screaming, slamming doors. Laundry area also trash area -- stinks!! People put stuff on top of garbage cans-Management does nothing about it Outdated equipment -- Old Stoves - Refrigerators No Dish Washer-- Bathroom old and outdated, Yellow spots on the bathroom ceiling hardly any ventilation in the apartment CHEAP Carpet installed Not energy efficient appliances --Especially the air condition Management does not react to problems that are presented to them, The Niles Company does not either, just forwards the complaints back to the property manager
