Budget Brakes on Nolensville Pike is a shining example of customer service, particularly Garth! They are always friendly, personable and show the upmost respect and professionalism. They are honest, priced well below other shops, their work is top notch and I recommend them to anyone that is needing brake work on their vehicle.

Provided by YP.comJust spent $400 on new brakes for our Jag! They had to redo the rotors. Very good work and although it is expensive, at least I know my car is safe.

Do NOT trust BUDGET BRAKES...Read what happened to them when they were in MI. Believe they were called Brake Shop back then....

CROOKS...look up the interview with the Nashville news crew. They scam everyone!!!!
This shop was very busy today, but the manager handled the continual phone and desk inquiries with admirable professionalism and courtesy. I was shown two itemized repair alternatives. The mechanics worked quietly and continuously. For most jobs, they finish the work under an hour once a quote is given. Possible tip: The manager stated that recently Mondays were busier than Fridays and Saturdays, didn't know why. So, go there around the middle of the week. There's not many interesting places to wander in while waiting, but they had the big screen tuned to the History channel, one of my favorites.
