Hi dj that's a good general rule of thumb, but I don't know if I'd say it's a good benkalt statement'. Things like bacon would be allowed in the sense that they fall into the low carb, non-dairy category but you still wouldn't want to eat too much of it. Another example would be soy products, in the book Tim recommends limiting consumption of those.

This place is great!....lovely atmosphere, reasonable prices and way ahead of any other nail/spa salon in the area!

Rosie and the girls are great. The prices are great and the atomosphere is wonderful. I would recommend that you give them a try. :)
