You should consider doing business with a more reputable business than this one. They failed to give me a timely refund on a returned part. it is now 60 days, and they still have not returned calls left for the parts manager, nor have they given me an answer as to when the refund will be processed. This is not the first time that they have failed to make a timely refund, however this is the last time I will deal with them. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. Check the NH Consumer complaints database at egov.nh.gov/consumercomplaint/index.asp and see for your self. They have several filed complaints.
