No drink, no head massage? I bet your haircut and style was great! Our family has recommended Jad Kattan over and over. You're the first to complain about no drink, no head massage? It's not a coffee shop nor a dog groomer. What does that have to do with your hair style?

A lot of upscale salons just down the street from Jad Kattans give you the drink and head massage and a lousy hair style.! Not to mention the turnover of stylists and hair colorists! Jad Kattan offers quality, consistent hair stylists, colorists,

manicurists and always a friendly greeting and very quick to rectify any situation that arises! Way to go Jad Kattan for your outstanding service, friendliness and professionalism!

Very disappointing. For the amount I was charged for a haircut, $55, they didn't offer anything to drink or even a head massage as my hair was washed. For such a pricey salon, they need to offer those things that other 'upscale' salons offer. I won't go back unfortunately.

Nice salon, but very pricey for what you get. I expected for the price to get a neck massage like other area salons provide. If they are going to try to compete with other salons in the area, they need to provide a bit more. Not even offered something to drink. I know Zano and Zazu offer this and do the neck massage for a price of haircut lower than Jad Kattan.

They also need to have a web presence to stay up in this market.
