We were not satisfied with the installation of our wood floors. The sales folks are courteous -but bottom line the end result was very poor.

I just purchased new carpeting from the Naperville location and was beyond pleased with the in store and at home processes of the project. They were all professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The fact that everything went according to the timeline and expectations that they set for me was just a bonus! I know that home projects are not a science, but GWF made mine go practically perfect! I will go back for my hardwood refinishing project next Summer!
