This place is horable, the dr.s are either foren and lack English or they are over booked to the point my apt has never been less then 5 hours late and most of the time more like 7 hours. Then they are rude and hateful assembly line type hell.

Scheduled appt over a month ago, never heard from them, had to call 3 days b4 appt to find out if they ever got my labs, no, spent 1/2 day getting them to them, show up for the appointment and was still waiting 2.5 HOURS later. Got an office mgr, told them they lost a customer and walked. Lost a whole day of work to this BS.

Don't go if you don't have to! We have used this clinic a few times because I thought maybe it was a one-time bad experience (ok, maybe two.) Nope. They hang up on you, transfer you to phones that mailboxes are full, don't return your call. Bill the insurance incorrectly or not at all resulting in very high bills. Warning- some of the doctors are NOT on some insurance plans- so don't assume that since one is the others will be.

i went to this clinic in 2005. then again in 2010. I got an adjustment in my 2010 bill for

a claim the office said I owed from 2005. ABSURD thats years old! and the visit I had in 2005 was covered by my insurance 100% totally mad I was venting to coworkers and found there were a few of them that had the same problem with CCOM.



When I called to resolve the issue I was never called back... I called twice. I finally just mailed them a letter. I still havent heard back form them and its been over a month.



IF you do use them keep all your statements... I wouldnt even rate them one star but its required. :(
